Ghirardelli chocolate chips are mini and delicious. The whole bag can be gone in a minute with some of the chocoholics out there.
These mini chips might seem a little too sweet for you, considering the amount you can eat, but your mind will change when you find out the nutrition. That’s right! 115 chips only have 8 grams of sugar! Plus, there is about 7 one hundredths of sugar in each chip! Since when has chocolate become more healthy?

Milkshakes are a creamier drink than others. Its sweet, sugary, and totally cravable!
If you want an 18 oz milkshake, Do Not Go To McDonald’s, because their Triple Thick Shake has a whopping 546 grams of sugar in an 18 oz cup! Look for yourself by visiting this site and changing the serving size to 18 ounces.

I bet you have done this and might have felt guilty about it.
But actually there is less than one gram of sugar in one serving. Jaques won’t have to worry about the sugar amount.
What he does need to worry about is getting addicted to highly toxic Nitrous oxide — which is the gas used to shoot the whipped cream into his mouth!
Some effects of it is nausea, vomiting, dizziness, numbness, slurred speech, confusion, hallucinations and fainting. Oh and did I mention that those are just the short-term effects of Nitrous oxide. Some long-term effects are: damage to the heart tissues, an irregular heartbeat, nerve damage, and bone marrow suppression.
The main danger is that it deprives the brain of oxygen, which could lead to fainting, comas, or death.
But it’s not ALL bad: It is used in dental or surgical uses. You may know it as “laughing gas“. Granted that is given to you by trained doctors, so it’s probably safe then. Plus your probably not going to get addicted if you do this every now and again, but don’t say I didn’t warn you. At least you won’t have to worry about diabetes!

When you go to the grocery store, you see tons of candies in the checkout aisles. You dream of the sweet sensation of a Hershey Milk Chocolate Bar.
Before you take out your wallet, think twice about buying this chocolate killer. One average bar has one day’s worth of sugar. You will regret this decision. Chocolate is sweet and savory but the nutrition is deadly! Chocolate is whack, get on the right track!
Mr. Ferriter gave this sugary treat to Reece, his daughter, without looking at the nutrition label. This is what a bad parent would do!

As you know from other posts, an average human is supposed to eat 24 grams of sugar a day. Did you know that Chili’s serves 104 grams of sugar in one Molten Chocolate Cake.
Isn’t that crazy!
That is 80 grams more sugar than you should have in an entire day. What’s even crazier is that if you split it up between four people, you would STILL eat 26 grams of sugar, which is 2 grams than the limit!

Starbucks has a array of pastry including chocolate croissants. The chocolate croissants at Starbucks has 10 grams of sugar wasting almost half your daily amount of sugar. Now ask yourself this question, how much sugar were you planing to eat today? How much sugar did you just have on your little ‘harmless’ stop to Starbucks?

When you stop by at McDonalds you might stop by and get a tasty treat: the McFlurry.
An average human is supposed to consume 24 grams of sugar a day. The McFlurry has 64 grams of sugar which is 2.5 times as much sugar all in one McFlurry! Whenever you stop at McDonald’s think twice about the sweet treat!

At some restaurants they have combo meal deals and some come with cookies. At subway they have cookies that you can chose to come with your meal, while you may not know that those cookies actually have 18 grams of sugar in one cookie. So, is your combo meal deal really a deal?

Who loves eating M&Ms?
Well youshouldn’t anymore because one serving size of M&Ms is equal to 11.4 grams of sugar. So you’ve blown almost half a day’s worth of sugar. With how much sugar is in these things, they could give you diabetes like that (snap!).
So if I were you, I’d think twice before busting open a pack of M&MS. Hopefully the M&Ms won’t be too mad at you for not buying them at the store.

Well, it is so you should be eating good, healthy, foods. Some people eat junk food for breakfast, like doughnuts and coffee cake. Other people eat food that is considered breakfast food, but are really desserts because they contain high levels of sugar and caffeine, such as yogurt, and coffee.

- Krispy Kreme Original Glazed Doughnuts– 10 grams of sugar- which is almost half a days worth of sugar
- Frosted Flakes– 15.1 grams of sugar- Which is over half a day’s worth of sugar
- Yoplait original yogurt (low fat)- 26 grams of sugar- A little more than a day’s worth of sugar
- McDonald’s caramel ice coffee, medium– 14 grams of sugar- Almost a day’s worth of sugar
So the next time you go to eat breakfast, think about what your putting in your mouth.
