They have a good variety of foods and it’s very accurate. It’s also mind blowing how much sugar there is in average foods. One of the coolest parts of this is that if you scroll down you see how you blew the sugar, you can see how much sugar is in each piece of food.
I had some members at Sugar Kills and Kiva try this and there was a big variety of amounts. Some had 10 grams, another had 46 grams, one even had as high as 151 grams of sugar! I personally got 25 grams of sugar, but something tells me that we all won’t follow that exactly.
Time for us to take a break from work and Christmas is just around the corner. This trackout is longer than usual we will be back on the 23rd of January. We are gonna go ride sleighs in Antarctica. Or maybe the #sugarkills team will try skydiving off of Mount Everest. Either way we are excited to track-out and having amazing holidays. We will back in 2017 hopefully gonna start the new year off with some new post.
Sugar kills will not be producing any new content for the next three weeks while on our Track Out. We will be returning on October 22, 2015. Be ready, we will have post up very soon after our track in.
