Do you love peanut butter and grape jelly sandwiches? Well, I do.
Here’s the bad news: one tablespoon of grape jelly contains 12 grams of sugar. Imagine that a tablespoon full of sugar! That is exactly a half of your recommended daily sugar.
Also, if you taste delicious sweet grape juice from the grape jelly, it is not 100% grape juice but sugar. Did you realize that three-fifths of the grape jelly is sugar? If you are the person who loves to have grape jelly on a slice of bread, you have to be real careful with your health!
