Fruit is one of the healthier foods right? But it STILL HAS SUGAR!
You can have twenty four grams of sugar in one day so that means one “Fruit Roll up” is more than one third of the amount of sugar you can have in one day. If you eat “Fruit Roll ups” you should limit yourself to only two “Fruit Roll ups” a week.
