On January 21, 2013, a group of talented writers started the tradition of writing posts to inform you, the readers, on how much sugar is in the food that we are eating and also to give you alternate food choices to be able to eat better. Since our first post, we have had 193 comments and 200 posts about sugar. The first post was written by Mr. F. Most of the rest of the posts have not been by him. We have followed in his foot steps to make this generation of people healthier.
The people who are writing the posts are doing it because they care and because they think it is fun. We hope you keep reading our posts and hope you comment about them to help us get better at what we do. We also hope that you share this website so that more people can get educated about the amount of sugar in the foods that they eat.
