Parents are always stressing that doughnuts are SOOO bad for you. But just how bad are they?
Surprisingly, bananas have the same amount of sugar as a Krispy Kreme doughnut! Both a banana and a Krispy Kreme doughnut have 10 grams of sugar. But the main difference is that the banana has natural sugar and the doughnut has added sugar.
Really, doughnuts aren’t as bad as everyone thinks they are, most people think soda is healthier than doughnuts. But the two most commonly drink sodas are Coke and Pepsi, which have about 30 more grams of sugar each.
