Most people think marshmallows are loaded with sugar. This isn’t necessarily true. In one jumbo Jet Puffed marshmallow there are only five grams of sugar.
In one Snickers bar there are 27 grams of sugar, which is three more grams of sugar then you should have in one day! Just remember, one marshmallow is enough for dessert (hopefully).
