When was the last time anyone told you to choose chocolate chips INSTEAD of strawberries for breakfast?

I will because surprisingly, the Quaker Chewy Chocolate Chip granola bars actually have less grams of sugar than Nutri-Grain Strawberry Cereal Bars!

    Thanks to your site, I’m checking my labels more closely now. I found that my jar of REDUCED FAT peanut butter is exactly that – 25% less fat than regular PB. However, whatever they took out (peanuts?) was replaced with corn syrup solids – the second ingredient listed – which boosts the sugar content an extra gram. Yuck! So, even tho regular PB has a few more calories… I think it’s a much healthier option!
