One of the videos that caught our eye when we started our study of the impact that sugar has on health was this one created by the New York City Department of Health:
Talk about disgusting, huh?
But it’s powerful.
The lesson WE think is important, though, is that you aren’t just “pouring on the pounds” when you drink soda. You’re “pouring on the pounds” when you eat anything that has more than 24 grams of sugar.
And you’re going to be surprised to find out just what all of those foods are!
