Have you eaten a applesauce recently, and thought that you’re eating something good for you?
Well, it’s not. In fact, in one cup of applesauce has 36 grams of sugar. You should only be eating a maximum of 24 grams of sugar a day. So in one applesauce cup there are 12 more grams of sugar than you should eat in one day.
That’s a lot of sugar! Next time you come across a cup of applesauce make the right decision and try an actual apple instead.
