It’s that time of year, it’s getting chilly and we all want Starbucks, just don’t get this…
The Caffe Mocha with soy milk and no whipped cream has 34 grams of sugar. That’s over one daily serving of sugar. You also have to think that this drink doesn’t have whipped cream. Its very high in sugar yet it doesn’t have all the extra stuff and flourishes. So next time you go to Starbucks and get a drink, make a healthier choice.
