You roll off your bed in the morning with your hair sticking out in 13 directions, and you’re HUNGRY.
So then you flop down the stairs and heave open the cupboard.
You find two nearly identical instant oatmeal packages, only one is the normal type and one says “lower sugar”. You’re half asleep, so you just grab the normal type.
What difference does it make?
I’m not saying that the normal oatmeal is terrible for you, because it’s actually pretty good for one meal. But its brother is better.
